Identify Heirlooms
I'll work with you, your family and friends to determine which items are to be kept or transferred and ensure they are carefully transported to their new owner.
Liquidation
We'll determine which items, furniture, tools, cars can be sold and return the proceeds to you (-5% admin fee). We can manage the sale of some items on Facebook Marketplace and for larger amounts of valuable items, we partner with online auction sites and estate sale companies.
Responsible Donation
Happy to work with your favorite charities to put any unwanted items to good use. We have several partners that benefit from specific items such medical equipment, beds and furniture to homes for veterans and even your old towels to a local veterinarian!
Clean Out
Remaining unwanted items will be disposed of responsibly including any hazardous waste, old paint, ammunition, etc.
Moving Logistics
We'll assist with utility turnoff, cable box returns, address forwarding and other moving logistics.
Clean and Repair
In addition to a deep clean, we'll work with you to determine which small repairs need to be made to prepare the home to sell at top dollar or to welcome the new owner.
